I'm Zacarias (which is my stage name and it's pronouced as sah-kah-REE-ahs, not sah-kah-RIE-ahs) and I'm 28 years old. I'm originally from Harris County, Texas (near the Houston area) and I used to live in El Paso, Texas. I'm a multigenerational multiracial man of African-American, Native American, French ( Louisiana Creole & Geechi) and British descent which I strongly refuse to deny that for anyone. ( "Multigenerational mixed-race" means person whose parents, grandparents, or ancestors are from multiracial ancestry). I am open to play both black-identified & mixed identified roles. I can communicate an average amount of the Spanish language and I can sing some songs in Spanish. I can also do Latino (esp. Mexican/Chicano), Ebonic, American Southern, Valley Girl, English, Urban, and Jive accents.

I was a model for Laura's Productions in El Paso, Texas and I'm an aspiring crossover/bilingual singer and actor. My music interests are pop, R&B, hip-hop, salsa, Tejano, cumbia, dance/house, tropical, Reggaeton, freestyle and norteno. I have a lot of muscial infuences which are Mariah Carey, Jon Secada, Ricky Martin, Daddy Yankee, Celia Cruz, Josephine Baker, Selena, Whitney Houston, Bobby Brown, Dru Hill, Kumbia Kings, Vanity (aka Denise Matthews-Smith), Dorothy Dandridge, Jimi Hendrix, Jay Perez, Intocable, N'Sync, Janet Jackson, Stevie B, Tevin Campbell, Extreme, Troop, Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, Al B. Sure!, Toni Braxton, Cher, Tina Turner, Color Me Badd, Diana Ross, Seal, Enrique Iglesias, Madonna, Paula Abdul, Destiny's Child (esp. Beyonce), Ginuwine, Michael Salgado, Pete Astudillo, Lionel Richie, Prince, Black Box, Lil Kim, DLG (Dark Latin Groove), Az Yet, SWV, Mary J.Blige, Tarsha Vega, Blackstreet, Fito Olivares, and recently La Lupe Yoli. By having an unique talent and interest, I want to use those things to break the barriers in the entertainment industry especially in the Latin music field. One of my musical role models is Mariah Carey and I do want to some work with her. Also, I want to either sign a record deal with her record label, "MonarC Music" or either Kemo The Blaxican's record label, "Dead Silence Records". But, any record label can contact me if they want me on their label as long they accept my unique talent. Also, I would like to work with Vin Diesel's One Race Productions and do movies for him along with other production companies.

Since I was with Laura's Productions as a model, I took modeling classes to advance my modeling skills from June to December 2006. Before I joined her agency, I did two fashion shows in the past. First one for Foley's Spring Show at a Foley's store at the Pasadena Town Square in Pasadena, Texas. I was eight years old at the time in 1988. I did another one when I was seventeen years old for the Knights of St. Peter Claver in fall of 1996. On my acting expeiences, I have done plays in my high school years and I was an extra for ABC's 2000 TV movie, "King of the World" with Terrance Howard.

I was enrolled at El Paso Community College in 2006 and my major was Performing Arts. Yes, I'll be moving out of El Paso and I plan to move out of the entire state of Texas. I'm hoping to accomplish my entertainment career goal by the end of this year. To be an actor, bilingual/crossover singer, model (especially body part modeling) and a future business owner. I like songwriting, reading about multiracial politics & history, reading books, doing genealogical research (esp. my own family tree), listening to music, studying for school, and surfing on the Internet. I want to meet casting directors and other talent agents who also are legit with licenses & reputable. I would like to do movies, TV shows, fashion work (esp. urban fashion), liquor ads, and other gigs. One of my dreams is to be featured in soap operas like "All My Children" on ABC.
